Do you truly want to sell your French property? Then I can only recommend one Real estate agent, Laurent Ferriere!
I had my large apartment, with panoramic sea view for sale for four years. I went through many different agent’s, some were putting in the time and tried for me, the majority did absolutely nothing, just waited for the buyer to come to them.
When my neighbor sold her apartment for near asking price, I had to enquire, “who was your agent?” Laurent Ferriere with IAD. I attained his number and gave him a call. This was April of 2025. Two weeks later he brought a buyer, who very interested. Laurent did everything possible to try to make this deal work for the buyer and myself, however it was not meant to be.
Exactly one week later, Laurent brought a new buyer. This buyer made a decent offer and after a very short negotiation period, we all signed the accord. The compromis was signed a month and half later, and the final sale of my apartment was signed and finalized end of October.
Through all of this Laurent was there, helping and advising me. He even helped the buyer with the paperwork and what was needed for him to attain a loan.
None of this would have happened without Laurent! He is patient and kind and truly cares about his clients as people. Laurent loves his job and is exceptionally content when it all works out for everyone involved.
So again, I ask you, do you really want to sell your property? Laurent Ferriere is the only agent you need.
